The Show in new reality: IPSA LIVE ran online

On June 17-18, 2020 IPSA LIVE - a satellite event in online format - took place. Manufacturers of promotional products, representatives of advertising agencies, end customers and industry experts met on online platform. Exhibitors presented new products on virtual stands in live stream, industry experts shared their knowledge, and professionals discussed relevant issues in the chats of thematic communities.

More than 1200 online platform visitors found out about trends of souvenir products industry in LIVE: exhibitors examined slow fashion in souvenir market, corporate gifts in the premium segment and European trends, presented new technologies for contactless distribution of promotional materials, explained how to choose a contractor and remain satisfied with the result, and also shared their experience on adaptation to the new reality. Numerous presentations by more than 30 speakers were held for professionals in three thematic communities.

The Brand & Business Conference also ran LIVE. 26 experts of promotion industry joined the stream to share the best cases in packaging, branding, merchandise and sales, hold online master classes and discuss problems, results and new opportunities after the quarantine.

The first day of the Conference - Brand Day - was dedicated to the tools, strategies and cases of successful branding for marketers, event managers and branding specialists. The day has started with branding session by the Association of Branding Companies of Russia composed of performances and presentations by the representatives of the key market players, who covered such interesting topics as emotional branding, preparing business for digital environment, new trends in packaging. The session was then followed by useful master class on how to build business and marketing strategy. The final event that day was master class “Brain Explosion. Creative thinking in marketing and advertising” dedicated to the ways of achieving business goals using games.

During the second day of the Conference – Business Day - experts focused on the most actual problems of the industry and discussed such important topics as post-quarantine trends in promotion, creating merchandize for online events, new business opportunities after quarantine, how to transfer work processes and PR-activities to online format. Experts’ speeches were followed by useful master class on creating selling presentations and commercial offers for clients by professional coach and visual communicator.

It was 2 days full of interesting acquaintances, presentations of novelties, useful information, discussions with experts and inspiring master classes – each participant of the online event could choose exciting and informative activity! Despite the new format, the Organiser tried to save the main value of the Show – once again professional community managed to gather all together, exchange views, support each other and make sure that the industry continues to develop!
