By September 2, 19:00 (Moscow time) it is necessary to submit the press accreditation form (will be available closer to the event).
Please note: application does not guarantee accreditation for the event - for each of them an individual decision is made.
Before September 3, 20:00 (Moscow time), successfully accredited press representatives will receive a confirmation from the Organizer to the specified email address.

Journalists who received confirmation from the Organizer will be able to receive Press badges during the exhibition days at the Press registration desk at CEC Expocentre.
Official media registration
Accreditation for IPSA is carried out by journalists of officially registered media: periodicals, radio, television, video programs, news agencies, online publications or other forms of periodic information dissemination.
Mass media publishing materials on the subject of the exhibition can accredit their correspondents to IPSA: POS materials, printed products, interior design, gifts and souvenirs, design and packaging, BTL practices, news media that have relevant subject areas.
Number of accredited journalists from one media
An application for accreditation of one journalist and one press photographer is accepted from one media. In cases when it is necessary for the production process of creating a report about the exhibition, by decision of the press center, more media representatives can be accredited.
Advertising managers, marketing and PR managers, heads of commercial depts are not accredited to the exhibition as a press.
Reliability of the event coverage and mandatory informing of the organizers about the publication
The journalist accredited to the event should reliably cover the work and events of the exhibition, can only participate in open exhibition events or special events for the media. In case of publication of materials during the show dates, the journalist should inform the marketing manager of the exhibition.
The press center has the right to refuse media accreditation to IPSA in the following cases:
- The media is a highly specialised non-profile edition
- The application was submitted after the deadline or not in accordance with the established form
- The media was accredited to previous show editions in 2018-2019, but did not publish any material about the exhibition, events or exhibitors
- At the time of submitting the application, the media suspended or ceased operations.
Organiser has the right to refuse to accredit or deny accrediting during the event without giving reasons.
