How can I find out who exhibits and what is presented at the exhibition?
The exhibition website has a convenient online catalogue, where you can find not only the names of exhibiting companies, but also additional information about the products and brands they represent as well as contact information and events scheduled on their stands.
Do I need to pay extra for participation in the events of the exhibition program?
Each event has its own conditions. The conditions for participation in each specific event can be found on the “Event Program” page.
On which show day is it better to come?
All show days are equally useful for visiting - they run with the same composition of exhibitors. We recommend you to focus on the events in which you want to participate, because there will be no changes in the exposition itself for two days.
Do I need a ticket to the exhibition?
Yes. An entrance ticket (badge) is required for your entrance.
There are two ways to get your badge:
1. The most convenient is a preliminary registration on the site.
This method is convenient because:
- you can register at any time convenient for you
- after the registration, you will receive your badge immediately to your e-mail, you just need to print it.
- when coming to the exhibition, you can immediately go into the hall, avoiding the registration
- if you have not printed / lost / forgot your badge, it will easily be restored right at the exhibition at the front desk by your last name
2. The second option is to register on-site. You will need to fill in the same form as in the first case, but you will spend more time.
Can I use a badge for both show days?
Yes. Your badge is valid within all show days.
What should I do if I have registered, but the badge hasn’t been sent to my email?
Please check the folder JUNK, sometimes emails for some reasons get into it. But if there is no message in JUNK with the online ticket, please write about the problem from the email address you marked during the registration to the technical support email address email@example.com.
Can I pass the registration directly at the exhibition?
Yes. In the foyer of Pavilion 2, where the exhibition will run, the registration will be provided. But keep in mind that in this case, you can spend time waiting in a line.
What should I do if I registered, but then I lost my badge and a message with a badge?
Please write about the problem from the email address you provided during the registration to the technical support firstname.lastname@example.org or restore your badge at the registration desk.
Is it possible to come to the exhibition with a child?
Yes. There are no age restrictions at the exhibition - the event has a status of 0+.
Do I need to register a child?
No, a child accompanied by an adult will pass without registration.
What is the best way to prepare myself for an exhibition?
We recommend studying the online catalogue and events of the business program to identify what is interesting for you. Already at the exhibition, take an exhibition plan, a list of exhibitors and a program of events.
Why should I visit the exhibition every time there are the same companies there?
This is not true. More than a third of exhibitord at IPSA are those which have not previously participated in it. In addition, the exhibitors are trying to present their new products and the best offers.
Thus, visiting the exhibition will allow you to meet already familiar companies, meet new participants and learn about the new products of the market.
During the show
How to get a printed catalogue of the exhibition?
IPSA has only online version of exhibitors' catalogue. On site, there is the Show Guide, which includes floor plan, exhibitors list and event program. You can get it at the registration or at the entrance to the Hall 4.
Is it possible to deposit a suitcase?
No, according to the safety rules, we do not accept any things for storage, there is no such service at the exhibition.
Is there a wi-fi at the show?
No, Expocentre has its own wi-fi network, however, we cannot guarantee the quality of its work.
How does the mobile communication in the pavilion operate?
From time to time, due to large crowds of people, mobile communication is not available in the exhibition hall. We recommend going out of the pavilion for urgent calls. If you are planning a visit with friends or colleagues, we recommend choosing a meeting spot in order not to look for each other during the exhibition in case of possible communication failures.
Is there an ATM in the pavilion?
Yes, in the 2nd Pavilion there is an ATM, it is located in the Hall 1 (on the second level).
I'm at the exhibition on a business trip. Where can I put a stamp on a travel certificate?
In the office of the exhibition organiser or at the Service Desk of Crocus Expo.
Where can I have lunch at the exhibition?
In the 2nd Pavilion and in the Gallery between the 2nd and 8th Pavilions there are many cafeterias where you can have lunch.
How can I find WC at the exhibition?
WCs are located both inside each exhibition hall (near the entrance).
After the show
How to find a company by name after the exhibition?
Online catalogue of the exhibition is available on the website six months after the show. You can use it and find all information about company you interested in.
How to contact an exhibitor if you lost your business card?
Find contacts of all exhibitors you can in Online catalogue.
I accidentally found out about the exhibition. How to get information about the next event in advance?
You can subscribe to the news of the exhibition free of charge, and you will receive a notification email about the start of registration for the next exhibition. In addition, you will be the first to learn about all the news of the exhibition and recommendations for visiting it.
How to contact the organizer of the exhibition?
